The regents exams are getting easier and easier, so this book is good but pretty useless. But you can't blame them and they did a good job. The vocab section is more than you need on the exam, but it is helpful for the next level course in Spanish, so its not useless. Don't buy the old exams- they are harder and unrealistic to the new ones. They did a good job but you don't need the book unless you teach yourself Spanish
